Online store terms
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unsafe purpose.
Products
We sell inflatable lounge chairs and related party seating products. Product descriptions, photos, colors, specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Chair colors may vary based on current inventory. Available colors may include gray, mint, and pink. Color variation is not considered a defect.
Air pump is not included unless specifically stated on the product page.
Product use and safety
Our inflatable lounge chairs are intended for general seating and party use. They are not life-saving devices, flotation devices, climbing toys, or crash pads.
Customers are responsible for proper inflation, setup, supervision, and safe use. Do not overinflate. Do not use near sharp objects, open flames, heaters, rough surfaces, or other hazards. Adult supervision is recommended when children are using the chairs.
Each chair has a maximum load of 220 lb / 100 kg. Exceeding this limit may damage the product and may create a safety risk.
Orders and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or shipping limitations.
Payment is due at checkout. Orders are not shipped until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Backyard Starz Shop is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service. All sales are final once an order has shipped, except for items that arrive damaged or defective as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backyard Starz Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the purchase, use, misuse, storage, or inability to use our products.
