Yes. All sales are final once an order has shipped, except for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preference, change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or items that have been opened, inflated, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mgaziev@backyardstarz.com with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping then takes approximately 3–5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our inflatable lounge chairs are manufactured in China and ship from Backyard Starz in Austin, Texas.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping is included with every order shipped within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Is an air pump included?
No. Air pump is not included.

Can I choose my color?
Yes, single chairs are available in Gray, Teal, and Pink while inventory is available.
