Shipping destinations

Backyard Starz Shop currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is included with every U.S. order. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Address changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, damaged, or defective shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Please review our Refund Policy for additional details.
