Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Backyard Starz Shop.

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery time

Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Backyard Starz Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mgaziev@backyardstarz.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging and shipping box.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at mgaziev@backyardstarz.com and we will do our best to help.

Local pickup

Local pickup is not currently available unless specifically arranged with Backyard Starz Shop before purchase.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
