Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Backyard Starz Shop.
Because our inflatable lounge chairs are personal-use party and seating products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preference, change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or items that have been opened, inflated, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mgaziev@backyardstarz.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
If we confirm that the item arrived damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Color availability
Chair colors may vary based on current inventory. Available colors may include gray, mint, and pink. Color variation is not considered a defect.
Air pump note
Air pump is not included. The absence of an air pump is not considered a defect.
Shipping fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a confirmed damaged or defective item.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
